How to Download InnerSolutions Podcasts via iTunes

For Syncing with your iPod

1. Bring up iTunes on your computer
   If you dont have iTunes installed, click here.
2. On the left-hand menubar, click on iTunes STORE
3. In the iTunes STORE menu area, click on Podcasts
4. In the QUICK LINKS menu area, click on POWER SEARCH
5. In the Title field, enter: Innersolutions and click on Search
6. Click on the SUBSCRIBE button to start your download

7. Plug your iPod into your computer and click on the Sync button
